I would like to take a 1967 Chevrolet C10 pickup and hot rod it by:
-
Installing a 572 ci GM Performace big block V8 mated to a Turbo 400 transmisssion.
-
Install a Dana 60 rear end.
-
Install a 4" front and 6" rear drop suspension from Early Classic Enterprises.
-
Disc brakes on all four corners.
-
Move the tailgate handle to the inside and smooth the tailgate except for the Chevrolet lettering.
-
Install the wood panel bed kit from Early Classic.
-
Relocate the gas tank by installing the one from Early Classic.
-
Bucket Seats
-
Maybe smooth out the door handles
-
Install a custom audio system from Alpine and JL Audio
-
Install a Datoka Digital Gauge kit
-
Of course a custom interior.
-
Painted a nice medium blue with maybe some flames by Killer Paint
I would also like to restore a 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 with a 428 ci CJ, but I will do a complete code match anyway.
Here's a one off project I want to do but some one may do it before I do. I want to take a 1997 Nissan Quest and
highly modify it by:
- Taking out the stock 3.0L V6 and drop in a 351 ci Ford Racing V8 mated to a Ford high performance transmission, probably
a C6
- Take out the front suspension and put in a Mustang II front suspension.
- The driveline will be changed from FWD to RWD
- All transmission and rear end tunnels will be put in.
- Put in probably a Ford 9 inch rear end
- Install a four-link rear suspension
- Install a custom dual exahst
- Do a custom interior
- Install Dakota Digital Gauges
- Install a custom audio system from Alpine and JL Audio.
- Ride height maybe 2 - 3 inches lower.
- Probably have to do a custom hood to house the new engine
- Probably painted black with the tru fire paint job from Killer Paint
Another project I want to do with a 1997 Nissan Quest is:
- Again take out the V6 and put in a 351 ci Ford Racing V8 with maybe a Vortech supercharger or a roots type, mated to a
C6
- Also the engine will be converted to fuel injection
- Drive will be changed to 4WD from FWD
- Custom interior
- Install Dakota Digital Gauges
- Custom Sound system from Alpine and JL Audio.
- A custom off road suspension with ride height about 6 to 8 inches higher.
- A full roll cage
- Probably install heavier duty front and rear bumpers
- Run the tallest tire that can possibly fit, probably 35 - 37 inches with beadlock wheels.
